Ajwad is a founder and the Chief Executive Officer of HT Works. He is an experienced leader with a proven ability to deliver high-value projects. He specializes in Healthcare Informatics consultancy, project management and organizational change management. He and his team at HT Works built Medoment, a solution to enhance healthcare delivery through increased reach and patient engagement.
Ajwad possesses extensive knowledge and experience in Healthcare Informatics gained over 20 years of working with world-class Health Information Management Systems. He lead digital transformation projects to achieve highest levels of adoption and ROI including the first HIMSS Level 6 Hospital in UAE and First HIMSS Level 7 Hospital in the Middle East. He is an MBA, PMP and a Chartered IT Professional.

Riyas Nizar is a well experienced Project and Program Manager with a proven record in managing large scale IT and Healthcare Informatics projects. With over 22 years of IT experience in Technical, Consultancy, and Management capacity he has led multiple implementation and development teams.
Riyas possesses extensive knowledge and experience in Healthcare Informatics gained over 18 years of working with world-class Health Information Management Systems. He has successfully managed and delivered turnkey Health Information management projects. He is a PMP and Chartered IT professional (MBCS) reading for his MBA.

Hassan Anver has over 18 years of experience in the field of Software Engineering and Healthcare Informatics. He has worked in different capacities for leading software vendors. His specialities lie in designing and developing software solutions especially in the health informatics domain. He has extensive experience and knowledge in InterSystem’s technologies with over 15 years of hands-on design and development. He has an in-depth knowledge in health information system modules and an extensive experience with interacting health information systems with other health and non-health related applications using different interfacing protocols such as HL7. He is an MBA with an Engineering background.
Specialities: InterSystems Technology, Software Interfacing, Software Design and Development. Development Team management and Agile Software development.

Riyas Razik is an IT services expert with 20 years experience with Health informatics and related products, services and technologies. Riyas has a wide range of experience from software development to implementation to support with multiple world-class EHR systems. He also managed a regional support team which provided 24×7 support of a leading EMR system for Middle East and Indian region. He is a certified ITIL service operation professional and currently reading for his MBA.

Michael commenced his professional studies in management accountancy and moved his focus towards marketing management in which he has been a thought leader, consultant, and lecturer.
He co-founded Synergy School of Marketing an international accredited study centre of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. He served on the Apparel Marketing board established by JAAF (Joint Apparel Association Forum) and was also appointed as a registered consultant of SMED (Small Medium Enterprise Development) funded by USAID.
Michael serves as a Director of SOSTAC Global Certifications UK chaired by PR Smith which is a CPD UK Accredited Certification program.
